Felix leads Ficus Capital & Investment Management with over 20 years of investment management expertise across fixed income, equities and alternative assets. He built and led teams that grew a diversified client base—including pension funds, banks and insurers—to trade over NGN 150 billion, delivering profitability in year one and 400 percent AUM growth within 22 months.
His international experience spans advisory roles with European asset managers and African banking groups on sovereign reserve management, senior portfolio management at Access Bank Group overseeing USD 25 million in private and institutional mandates, and executing transactions exceeding USD 450 million at Oceanic Capital.
At Ficus Capital & Investment Management, Felix’s vision is a pan-African asset management platform focused on credit, real estate and infrastructure—leveraging his proven ability to scale operations, forge institutional partnerships and sustain consistent profitability.
