Adeyinka Adeniran is the Business Development Manager at Ficus Capital and Investment Management Limited, where he is responsible for driving business growth, cultivating strategic client relationships, and expanding the firm’s investment and wealth management franchise. He brings over 28 years of experience spanning banking, investment management, business development, credit and risk management, relationship management, treasury operations, and foreign exchange.

Before joining Ficus Capital, Adeyinka held senior management positions at Alternative Capital Partners, Skye Bank Plc, EIB International Bank, First Bank of Nigeria Plc, and New World Technologies Limited, where he led business development initiatives, managed high-value client portfolios, and delivered sustainable revenue growth across diverse financial services segments.

He holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Chemistry from the University of Ibadan, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), and is a Sponsored Individual of the Nigerian Capital Market Institute.
