Throughout over two decades of legal practice, Bayo has advised on major transactions across Power Generation, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets, Food/Agriculture, Extractive Industries, Information & Communications Technology, and Construction & Infrastructure projects. He handles complex litigation and international commercial arbitration on cross-border commercial transactions, serving as a trusted advisor to multinationals, national corporates, individuals, and nonprofits. With a keen eye for detail, he combines strong analytical abilities with innovative legal strategies to deliver well-considered solutions to clients.
Bayo holds an LL.B Honours from the University of Ibadan and an LL.M from Columbia Law School. He maintains multiple professional accreditations including SEC-accredited Capital Markets advisor, CAC-accredited Insolvency practitioner, Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, and Notary Public. He serves as a Mentor with the Founder Institute, providing legal guidance to startups from pre-seed stage through funding preparation.
Outside of work, Bayo enjoys classical music and playing golf.
